Women - positive, as we are not conforming to the stereotypical 'damsel in distress' character trope; Leora, our protagonist, is strong and intelligent (she created a time travel device, for example) yet still feminine and vulnerable. She is also relatable and aspirational, as she doesn't have any 'superpowers', she is just capable and not over the top.

Men - our male protagonist (Adam) is not stereotypical of the action genre, as he is not the 'hero', but the 'damsel in distress'. However, he is still masculine, yet relies on Leora for help. He is relatable to the average man.
